Register Slide Ranch offers seasonal group programs in the spring and fall. Please complete and email, fax, or mail the registration application (download PDF file, 296 KB) to the business office. Questions about group programs can be addressed via email (groupprograms@slideranch.org). Key Dates for Group Program Registration Please note the important deadline dates for submitting your group program application. Groups that do not get a space initially will be placed on a waiting list. Late applications may sometimes be accommodated and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. The program staff will contact you to confirm available group program dates within two to three weeks.
Summer day camp fills up quickly. As registration opens January 15th, we recommend you register as soon as you figure out your summer vacation and weekend family fun. Summer day camp registration is processed by mail only (not phone, fax or e-mail). Mail your completed registration form (download PDF file, 144 KB, or Microsoft Word document, 68 KB) to the business office. If you are asked for a password, just press "cancel" and the form should appear. Camp sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow two to three weeks for written notification of acceptance or wait list status. Partial scholarships are available and reviewed on a case by case basis. Summer Day Camp Cancellation Policy Cancellations are only accepted with six weeks notice from the first day of the camp program for which you have registered. A $50 administrative processing fee applies and will be deducted from refunded payment. A $25 processing fee will be charged per child for changing camp sessions dates. Please email us your new dates along with your payment. Summer day camp questions may be addressed via email. Family Program Pre-Registration Please complete the pop-up form to pre-register. We will confirm your registration via email in 2 to 3 business days. Questions about family programs can be addressed via email (family@slideranch.org). Family program fees are non-refundable. |
