Camp Cancellation and Change Policy
Cancellations: You will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee, if your cancellation is made at least 8 weeks before the camp session start date.
Cancellations received with less than 8 weeks' notice WILL NOT be eligible for a refund unless a replacement is available to take your spot. If a replacement is found, we will offer a full refund minus a $150 processing fee.
Slide Ranch does not offer refunds within 2 weeks of the start of a camp session.
Eventbrite's fee is non-refundable.
How to request a refund: You can request a refund through your Eventbrite account up to 2 weeks prior to the program start date. In accordance with the above Cancellation and Change Policy, Slide Ranch will approve or decline your refund request within 5 business days. If approved, you will be refunded to the original method of payment. Eventbrite will not allow refund requests within 2 weeks of the camp start date.
Rescheduling Your Program: If you would like to reschedule your program for a different session, you will need to cancel your existing registration and re-register for the session you would like to attend, provided there is still space available. More than eight weeks prior to the start of your camp session, a $100 processing fee will be charged. Between two and eight weeks prior to the start of camp, you can receive a credit (minus a $150 processing fee) to be used towards another camp session. If you are unable to attend any other week, you may use this credit towards 2026 Slide Ranch camps. Within two weeks of the start of camp, no refunds are available.
If your child cannot complete a camp session (illness, etc.), no camp fees will be refunded.
If Slide Ranch closes camp for any full camp session due to unforeseen circumstances, credits for a future session will be available, minus an administrative fee of $50.
If Slide Ranch closes camp in the middle of a session due to unforeseen circumstances, prorated credits for a future day will be available minus an administrative fee of $50.
