INSTRUCTIONS FOR RINSING/WASHING TIE-DYED SHIRTS:
Leave damp shirt rubber-banded, in the bag, for at least 12 hours. 24 hours is better.
Rinse shirt under COLD, running water.
Wear gloves or put hands in plastic bags for this step. Remove rubber bands then continue rinsing until water runs fairly clear.
Wash rinsed shirt, in a sink, in very HOT water with liquid dish soap. Rinse and repeat.
You may want to launder shirt in isolation for the first couple of washings. After that, you can wash along with other items as usual.
Please have your child wear tie-dye camp shirt this Friday!
